Education and training are one of society’s great tools for prosperity and equity

The benefits from education are huge, but the challenges of delivering high-quality and sustainable education are significant

From early childhood education through to school, vocational education and university, we’re collectively making large investments in education and skills. But difficulties abound in achieving effective funding, staffing and program design. Better data, design and evidence can lift quality and equity in education.

We deliver …

What we offer

Resource modelling

Across education, resource allocation and funding models are needed to ensure fair and equitable access to education and related supports. We build and maintain such models.

We also undertake workforce analytics, a particularly important topic in education where demographic, policy and societal shifts have created a need to train and retain staff.

Tracking developmental progress

Tracking academic and developmental progress, and tying this back to interventions, can be a challenge. High-quality data and well-designed measurement can build the evidence needed to improve outcomes.

Labour force modelling

Using detailed administrative and private datasets, we can explore trends in the labour force to understand emerging training needs, occupational shortages, and demographic challenges related to the labour force.
